HIGH-GRADE VERSUS STANDARD MATCHA
Did you know that not all matcha is created equal? High-grade matcha, like ours, is crafted using only first-harvest leaves and traditional stone-ground milling. This process yields the highest-quality, vibrant green matcha with delicate flavors and a wealth of nutrients. Standard ceremonial-grade matcha, on the other hand, often uses second-harvest leaves and mechanical grinding.
